Section 6-409 - Definitions(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Administering agency" means an entity that the Department approves in accordance with § 6-414 of this subtitle to administer the Program at the county level.(c)(1) "Emergency food provider" means a nonprofit organization or an organization operated by a local government that provides food at no charge to needy individuals.(2) "Emergency food provider" includes:(d) "Program" means the Maryland Emergency Food Program.
