Section 5-608 - Federal funds
The Administration may:
(1) accept any federal funds or commodities;(2) manage and dispose of any federal funds or commodities as required by federal law; and(3) apply the federal Social Security Act or any other federal law relating to public assistance to the benefit of the State.
