Section 5-321 - Future amendment or repeal of subtitle(a) Any assistance granted under this subtitle is subject to future amendment or repeal of this subtitle.(b) A recipient is not entitled to compensation if the recipient's assistance is affected by amendment or repeal of this subtitle.
