Section 4-604 - Powers of Department
The Department may establish:
(1) eligibility standards for group home sponsors;(2) Program loan fees and charges;(3) maximum Program loans for group homes based on their size, use, and location; and(4) a process for selecting group homes to be financed under the Program that promotes statewide distribution of money.
