Section 4-3004 - Access to financial services(a) The Department shall: (1) coordinate with local housing authorities and county governments to ensure access to other financial resources, including senior debt products; (2) develop new resources in support of statewide housing production;(3) solicit applicants for the Program; and(4) subject to subsection (b) of this section, select three projects to receive assistance from the Program each in a different jurisdiction.(b) The Department may select fewer than three projects to fund if there is an insufficient number of eligible applicants.Added by 2024 Md.
