Section 4-2207 - Priority access to institutions supervised by Maryland Department of Health
The Maryland Department of Health shall:
(1) give a client evaluated by a shelter home priority access, as appropriate, to an institution that the Maryland Department of Health supervises; and(2) supply appropriate mental health services to the client.
