Section 8-6B-29 - Authority of Board(a) The authority of the Board established under this subtitle: (1) Vests with the Board at the time an individual applies for licensure;(2) Continues during periods of licensure; and(3) Includes authority over an individual holding an expired license or a lapsed license.(b) The authority of the Board shall be continuous over an individual applicant or licensee and may not be divested by withdrawal of an application or when a license expires or lapses.Added by 2014 Md.
