Section 7-403 - School of mortuary science(a) The Board may establish a school to: (1) Teach mortuary science; and(2) Gather and give out information on: (ii) Preservation of dead human bodies; and(iii) Disinfection of dead human bodies, living areas, clothing, and bedding when death results from infectious disease.(b) The Board may adopt rules and regulations for:(1) The conduct of the school;(2) Payment of tuition fees;(3) Admission of students; and(4) Issuance of diplomas.(c) The cost of operating the school shall be derived from:(2) License examination fees;
