Section 6-501 - Practicing without license(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice massage therapy, massage, myotherapy, or any synonym or derivation of these terms in the State unless licensed or registered by the Board.(b) A person may not aid or abet the unauthorized practice of massage therapy in the State.Amended by 2024 Md.
