Section 15-401 - [Effective 10/1/2024] Unauthorized practice Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice as a physician assistant in the State unless the person has :
(1) A license issued by the Board to practice as a physician assistant; and (2) Provided notice to the Board as required under § 15-302(a) of this title. Amended by 2024 Md.
