Section 14-5F-08 - PowersIn addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Committee shall:
(1) Develop and recommend to the Board regulations to carry out this subtitle;(2) Develop and recommend to the Board procedures for the issuance of licenses to applicants who qualify for licensure by reciprocity;(3) Evaluate the content of any clinical, practical, or residency requirement for licensure;(4) Provide any service and perform any function that is necessary to fulfill its purposes;(5) Develop and recommend to the Board examination standards, consistent with the standards enumerated in this subtitle, for licensure and times at which the examinations will be given;(6) Develop and recommend to the Board a code of ethics for licensed naturopathic doctors; and(7) Develop and recommend to the Board continuing education requirements for license renewal.Added by 2014 Md.
