Section 14-5E-17 - Judicial appeals(a)(1) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under this subtitle may take a direct judicial appeal.(2) The appeal shall be made as provided for judicial review of final decisions in Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article.(b) An order of the Board may not be stayed pending review.(c) The Board may appeal from any decision that reverses or modifies its order.Amended by 2017 Md.
