Section 14-5B-07 - Form and manner of practice(a)(1) A licensee may only practice under the supervision of a licensed physician.(2) The failure of a licensed physician to properly supervise a licensee is unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine under § 14-404(a)(3) of this title.(b)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the practice of a radiation therapist, radiographer, nuclear medicine technologist, or radiologist assistant is limited to those procedures, operations, preparations, and practices listed in regulation.(2) A radiologist assistant may not: (iii) Prescribe medications or therapies.Amended by 2013 Md.
