Section 13-205 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum to do business.(b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(c) Each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation determined by the Board and in accordance with the budget of the Board; and(2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.(d) In accordance with the budget of the Board, the Board may employ:(2) Experts and consultants to obtain information and advice that relate to physical therapy.
