Section 12-6B-13 - Obtaining registration under false representations prohibited(a) An individual may not obtain a pharmacy technician's registration by making a false representation.(b) On conviction of an individual for making a false representation to the Board in order to register as a pharmacy technician, the pharmacy technician's registration is void.
