Section 12-204 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum to do business.(b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(c) Each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation in accordance with the budget of the Board; and(2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.(d)(1) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the budget of the Board.(2) The Board may designate 1 of its staff as an executive director.
