Section 5-802 - [Effective until 1/1/2033] Established; purpose(a) There is a Mortality and Quality Review Committee established within the Department.(b) The purpose of the Committee is to prevent avoidable injuries and avoidable deaths and to improve the quality of care provided to persons with developmental disabilities.Amended by 2022 Md.
