Section 5-619 - Definitions(a) In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Advance directive" has the meaning stated in § 5-601 of this subtitle.(c) "Registrant" means an individual who registers an advance directive with an electronic advance directives service recognized by the Maryland Health Care Commission.Amended by 2016 Md.
