Section 5-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Committee" means the Postmortem Examiners Advisory Committee.(c) "Medical examiner's case" means a death that a medical examiner is required by law to investigate.(d) "Office" means the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.Amended by 2023 Md.
