Section 2-1001 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Commission" means the Commission on Civil Rights.(c) "Gender identity" has the meaning stated in § 20-101 of the State Government Article.(d) "Sexual orientation" has the meaning stated in § 20-101 of the State Government Article.(e) "Unit of the Department" means a unit described under § 2-106 of this title.Added by 2020 Md.
