Section 19-321 - Issuance and contents of license(a) The Secretary shall issue a license to any applicant if the applicant and the hospital or related institution to be operated meet the requirements of this subtitle.(b) The Secretary shall include on each license that the Secretary issues: (1) The name of the hospital or related institution; and(2) The classification of the hospital or related institution.
