Section 18-501 - Intent of subtitle
The intent of this subtitle is:
(1) To educate parents and physicians regarding homozygous sickle cell anemia;(2) To monitor each affected infant's health in that regard; and(3) To provide resources for detecting sickle cell disease and supporting individuals with sickle cell disease.
