Section 18-322 - Tuberculosis register(a) The Secretary shall keep a register of each individual who has tuberculosis.(b) The Secretary: (1) Shall have exclusive control of the register; and(2) May not disclose information in the register about any individual to any person who is not authorized by law to have the information.
