Section 10-921 - Duties of DirectorThe Director shall:
(1) Supervise the care and residential treatment of and the programs for children and adolescents that have mental disorders; and(2) Provide or encourage, by consultation, cooperation, or contract, all programs needed to ensure that children and adolescents are evaluated appropriately and provided community-based residential care.
