Section 5-207 - Oaths and subpoenas(a) The Ethics Commission and its staff counsel each may:(1) administer oaths; and(2) issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.(b) A subpoena issued under subsection (a) of this section may be enforced judicially.Added by 2014 Md.
