Section 4-349 - Real estate appraisals(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section and other law, until the State or a political subdivision acquires title to property, a custodian may deny inspection of a public record that contains a real estate appraisal of the property.(b) A custodian may not deny inspection by the owner of the property.Added by 2014 Md.
