Section 4-612 - Powers of Secretary - Evaluations(a) The Secretary may: (1) evaluate periodically the effectiveness of the job training, employment placement, and service programs of the center; and(2) include in the Secretary's annual report to the General Assembly a report on the center and its programs.(b) The evaluation and report shall include:(1) the number of displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs;(2) the number of displaced homemakers who are placed in employment;(3) follow-up information on displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs or who are placed in employment;(4) the number of displaced homemakers who are served by the service programs; and(5) the cost effectiveness of the programs.
