Section 4-516 - [Effective Until 10/1/2024] Administration of domestic violence program(a) Subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Executive Director shall submit to the General Assembly a report on the domestic violence program annually.(b) In addition to receiving funds from the annual budget, the Executive Director shall attempt to secure funding, including in-kind contributions, for the establishment and operation of the domestic violence program from:(1) the federal government;(2) local governments; andThis section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
