Section 9-677 - Adoption of rules and regulations(a) The Sanitary Commission shall propose and, with the approval of the Dorchester County Commissioners given after a public hearing, adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle that relate to shared facilities.(b) These rules and regulations shall include provisions for:(1) Classification of properties in the shared facilities area; and(2) Levy of benefit assessments in accordance with this subtitle.Amended by 2015 Md.
