Section 9-672 - Definitions(a) In Part VII of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Shared facility" means a water system or sewerage system that serves:(2) More than 1 single family residence or its equivalent; or(3) A series of water systems or sewerage systems that each serve 1 lot.(c) "Shared facility area" means the territory served by a shared facility.
