Section 9-625 - Quorum; compensation(a) Unless the bylaws of the district require a larger number, a majority of the full authorized membership of the sanitary commission is a quorum.(b) Each sanitary commissioner is entitled to:(1) Compensation as approved and paid by the governing body of the member county from which appointed; and(2) Reimbursement for expenses as provided in the district's budget.
