Section 9-240 - Maintaining bond or other security; complying with requirements
To keep a sewage sludge utilization permit, a person shall:
(1) Maintain a performance bond or other security in the amount that the Department considers sufficient to guarantee the fulfillment of any requirement related to the permit; and(2) Comply with each other requirement that the Department sets.
