Section 7-502 - Authority of Department(a) In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this article, the Department may: (1) Accept and administer loans and grants from the federal government and other sources, public or private, to carry out any of its functions under this subtitle; and(2) Adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle.(b) To implement the requirements of this subtitle, the Department shall develop and use standardized applications, certificates of completion, and other forms.
