Section 7-226 - Controlled hazardous substance notification report(a) This section does not apply to any controlled hazardous substance that is:(1) Used for residential purposes; or(2) Regulated by the State Department of Agriculture.(b) Any person who generates, uses, treats, stores, or disposes of a controlled hazardous substance at any time after 6 months from the date the Department issues a rule or regulation that identifies the hazardous substance to be a controlled hazardous substance shall file a report with the Department.(c) The report required by this section:(1) Shall be filed within a time set by the Department;(2) Shall be on the form provided by the Department; and(3) Shall include the following information about the controlled hazardous substance, if applicable: (i) Name of the hazardous substance.(iv) Level and kind of radioactivity.(vi) Manner of management.(vii) Manner of disposal.
