Section 17-307 - License number on advertising and large equipmentA licensed marine contractor shall:
(1) Include the contractor's marine contractor license number in all advertising related to the provision of marine contractor services; and(2) Prominently display the contractor's marine contractor license number on all large equipment used in the course of the licensee's work as a marine contractor.
