Section 13-210 - Lobbyists(a) In this section, "lobbyist" means a regulated lobbyist as described in the State Government Article.(b) A lobbyist, or person acting on behalf of a lobbyist, may be subject to the limitations on campaign finance activity prescribed in the General Provisions Article.
