Section 13-106 - Use of contributor information(a) A person may not use any contributor information from any report or statement required under this title for commercial solicitation purposes.(b) A person may not publish any contributor information from any report or statement required under this title in newspapers, magazines, books, websites, or other similar media for the purpose of facilitating commercial solicitation.Added by 2022 Md.
