(a) The treasurer of a contested election committee shall maintain detailed and accurate records of all: (1) donations received by the contested election committee;(2) disbursements made by the contested election committee; and(3) outstanding obligations of the contested election committee.(b) A contested election committee shall retain the records required to be maintained under subsection (a) of this section for a period of 2 years after filing a final report.Added by 2022 Md.
