Section 18-1506 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Duty to publicize the availability of the programThe Office shall publicize the availability of the Program, including by publicizing the Program:
(1) At historically Black colleges and universities;(2) In a manner that focuses on students who are historically underrepresented in the teaching field; (3) To eligible mental health professionals in an effort to recruit and retain mental health professionals to public schools in the State; and(4) To eligible public school nurses in an effort to recruit and retain nurses working in public schools in the State.Amended by 2024 Md.
