Section 18-1402 - Funding(a) Funds for the Part-Time Grant Program shall be allocated by the Commission to each institution of higher education based upon the number of undergraduate part-time students with demonstrated financial need who are enrolled in degree-granting programs at the institution.(b) Funds for the grant program for part-time students shall be as provided in the annual budget of the Commission by the Governor.Amended by 2017 Md.
