Section 18-1203 - Eligibility(a) The Office may not require any competitive examination in determining student eligibility.(b) Each applicant for a private career school student grant shall: (1) Be accepted for admission at an approved private career school;(2) Be enrolled in a full-time program as determined by the Maryland Higher Education Commission;(3) Be a resident of this State; and(4) Demonstrate to the Office financial need.
