Section 11-1905 - Reports(a)(1) On or before June 1, 2025, each participating institution of higher education shall submit an interim report to the Commission on the status and effectiveness of the Pilot Program.(2) On or before June 1, 2026, each participating institution of higher education shall submit a final report to the Commission on the status and effectiveness of the Pilot Program.(b) On or before July 1, 2025, the Commission shall submit an interim report to each institution of higher education in the State, the Governor, and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the operation of the Pilot Program.(c) On or before July 1, 2026, the Commission shall submit a final report to each institution of higher education in the State, the Governor, and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the operation and results of the Pilot Program.Added by 2024 Md.
