Section 24-307 - [Repealed](a) The Boards of County Commissioners of St. Mary's, Calvert, and Charles counties may appropriate money to pay the cost of establishing and operating the Center, including the establishment of a reserve fund for maintenance and repair.(b) The expenditure of appropriated funds shall be consistent with all relevant State laws.Repealed by 2018 Md. Laws, Ch. 402, Sec. 1, eff. 3/1/2019.
