Section 22-201 - Director of educational programs(a) The Secretary of Health shall appoint a Director of educational programs in the Maryland Department of Health.(b) The Director shall receive the salary provided in the budget of the Maryland Department of Health.(c) The Director shall: (1) Implement and operate the educational programs in the State hospital centers; and(2) Consult with the Director of the Behavioral Health Administration, the Director of the Developmental Disabilities Administration, and the superintendent of each center about the operation of these programs.
