Section 11-801 - Maryland Digital Library(a) There is a Maryland Digital Library in the Commission.(b) The purpose of the Maryland Digital Library is to:(1) Strengthen the academic library cooperation in the State; and(2) Create fiscal efficiencies through enhanced cooperation among academic libraries.(c) The Maryland Digital Library consists of the academic libraries in public and private nonprofit institutions of postsecondary education that hold a certificate of approval from the Commission.
