Section 11-403 - List of institutions offering tuition waivers to members of National Guard(a) The Commission shall maintain a list of State higher education institutions, including community colleges, offering tuition waivers to members of the Maryland National Guard.(b) The list required under this section shall:(1) Include the tuition waiver policy of each institution and a contact name and telephone number;(2) Be updated at least annually; and(3) Be shared with the military department for distribution to members of the Maryland National Guard.
