Section 9.5-902 - Child Care Accreditation Support Fund(a) There is a Child Care Accreditation Support Fund.(b) The Fund may only be used by the Office to:(1) Pay for the actual expense of an application fee for an approved accrediting organization on behalf of a provider; or(2) Reimburse a child care provider for a program improvement cost.(c) The Governor shall appropriate in the annual budget at least $1,000,000 for the Fund beginning in fiscal year 2021.Added by 2021 Md.
