Section 9.5-204 - Chair; staff; compensation(a) The Governor shall designate the chair of the Council.(b) The Department shall provide staff for the Council.(c) A member of the Council: (1) May not receive compensation as a member of the Council; but(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.Renumbered from 7-1604 by 2016 Md.
