Section 9.5-101 - Definitions(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Advertisement" means a communication that is intended to influence a person to enter into an obligation or sign a contract for services.(c) "Child care center" has the meaning stated in § 9.5-401 of this title.(d) "Family child care home" has the meaning stated in § 9.5-301 of this title.(e) "Large family child care home" has the meaning stated in § 9.5-301 of this title.(f) "License" means a license issued by the Department to operate a child care center.(g) "Registration" means a registration issued by the Department to a family child care home or a large family child care home.Added by 2016 Md.
