Section 3-2A-06.1 - Election of officers(a) At its annual meeting, the county board shall elect a president and vice president from among its elected members.(b) The president and vice president shall serve a term of 1 year.(c) An individual who fills a vacancy in the office of an elected member of the county board under § 3-2A-04 of this subtitle may be elected to serve as president or vice president.Added by 2020 Md.
